Seriously yummy 😋! It’s shallots + lard!! Fragrant and crispy. 🤗 What is it? . . its Gong Pia - considered Sitiawan’s food icon. The biscuit can be filled with minced onion and lard or meat. So in contrast of the common sweet pastry, this unique biscuit offers a savory taste and thus unique. 😊Unlike the typical crispy, crunchy cookies, the texture of Gong Pia is similar to bagel (crispy outside, slightly chewy) hence it is best to consume fresh frm the oven.

3.李记包店 Lee Ji Pau Shop

同样是多年老字号美食，李记包店卖的枕头包有花生，豆沙和加央三种口味。每天下午三点出炉，许多老饕就会坐在咖啡店，一边吃着包，一边享受人生。

4.酸辣鱼鳔汤

酸辣鱼鳔汤是福州人逢年过节必吃的年菜之一，在实兆远也相当普遍。鱼鳔肉质嫩滑，汤味酸酸辣辣的。
