小儿子出世100日！陈凯琳晒一家四口照冧爆

陈凯琳今年8月为老公郑嘉颖诞下小儿子Yannick，时间过好快的，小儿子已经出世100天啦！

两公婆也为小儿子低调办了一场百日宴，随后也晒出一家四口合照，一起宣布小儿子Yannick中文名叫「郑承亮」！
